Resident Services Assistant

About the role

As a Resident Services Assistant, you will provide support to residents in need, assist with daily living activities, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas.
• Provide emotional support and assistance to residents as needed.
• Report any safety concerns to management immediately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is beneficial.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some flexibility based on department needs.
