We are seeking a Resident Services Assistant to support patient care at a healthcare facility by providing compassionate assistance, ensuring residents' needs are met, and supporting clinical staff in delivering quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident well-being
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe environment
- Participate in ongoing training and certification updates
Requirements
- Meet certification, licensing, or registration standards
- First Aid and CPR certifications required within 30 days of hire
- Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings preferred
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant education and certification compliance
- Experience in healthcare or senior care settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide empathetic resident support
