About the role

The Resident Relocation Coordinator is responsible for assisting residents in relocating to new housing opportunities within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with the relocation process, including finding suitable housing options.
  • Provide guidance and support to residents during the relocation process.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and organizations to facilitate relocation services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant relocation policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of local housing resources and relocation programs.
