About the role
The Resident Relocation Coordinator is responsible for assisting residents in relocating to new housing opportunities within the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with the relocation process, including finding suitable housing options.
- Provide guidance and support to residents during the relocation process.
- Coordinate with external agencies and organizations to facilitate relocation services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant relocation policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
