About the role
The Resident Relocation Coordinator is responsible for assisting residents in relocating to new housing opportunities within the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents in identifying and applying for available housing options
- Provide guidance on relocation processes and resources
- Coordinate with external housing providers and city agencies
- Ensure compliance with local relocation policies and regulations
- Document all interactions and provide regular updates to residents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 2 years of experience in relocation services or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
Skills
- Knowledge of local housing policies and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
Schedule
