About the role
The Resident Project Representative will oversee construction activities at a major airport project site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Ensure all workers comply with safety regulations and procedures.
- Inspect work sites to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and coordinate tasks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of project progress, including inspections, observations, and corrective actions.
- Participate in regular meetings with project management team to discuss project status and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in airport or highway construction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule
