Roles and Responsibilities

• Affords patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• Documents patient care in medical records
• Serves patients by providing scheduled outpatient services
• Maintains adult health through health maintenance, education, and disease prevention screenings
• Completes continuing medical education and maintains necessary licenses
• Retains current DEA and OBNDD numbers
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, clinic team members, and others

Qualifications

• Current DEA license
• MD or DO degree
• No outstanding actions from the medical board
• Proven ability to work effectively with staff and the public
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
