RESIDENT MANAGER- SPMI

Job Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and assistance to residents of Group Homes and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Verbally prompt and assist members as needed to complete daily cleaning duties, personal hygiene, laundry, etc.
• Observe members daily for any problems, (i.e. aggression, auditory or visual hallucinations, etc.)
• Aid in planning, cooking and serving of meals.
• Complete weekly physical facilities checklist and monthly fire drills.
• Maintain documentation that is adequate, appropriate, complete and timely.
• Monitor the residence for cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Monitor and report need for supplies of residence (cleaning products, food items, housewares, etc.).

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma
• Valid Mississippi Driver's License
