About the role
As a Resident Manager, you will greet visitors to the community, provide information about the property, and engage in leasing activities. Your attention to detail assists you as you explain rental agreements and move-in packages. You will use Yardi & Tenant Tech to enter data and assist in producing accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You must be someone who takes great satisfaction in ensuring all resident issues are resolved in a professional and friendly manner.
The Resident Manager is responsible for the success of the property and supervises office and maintenance staff. They are responsible for adhering to and enforcing company policy & procedures while consistently acting in the best interest of Carla Properties Ltd. Specific duties may vary depending on the property's requirements and staff size.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide property information
- Engage in leasing activities and explain rental agreements
- Use Yardi & Tenant Tech for data entry and report generation (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports)
- Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly
- Supervise office and maintenance staff
- Enforce company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior leasing experience
- 3+ years of prior Resident Manager experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech
- Proven leadership skills
Schedule
Full-time position, Sunday through Thursday. Weekdays: 9 AM–6 PM, weekends: 9 AM–5 PM (39.5 hours/week).
Pay
Monthly salary range: $5,500–$6,250 DOE + commissions.
