About the role
Provides leadership and support to Resident Community Resources, the Wellness, Fitness & Aquatic Center, and the Community TV Studio, creating and offering opportunities for resident engagement and enhanced quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Support the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents.
- Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population and provide high-quality responses to those needs.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies.
- Support our independent living residents in the community, ensuring a successful life experience while promoting the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of those living in the community.
- Plan and develop the budget and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement strategy.
- Provide training, development, and support of the highest quality to staff in each division of Resident Services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- The passion and desire to work with the elderly; understanding of the aging process and the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents.

Pay
Commensurate with experience ranging from $80,000-$90,000 plus bonus opportunity annually.
