About the role

The Resident/Environmental Services (Housekeeper) Coordinator is responsible for providing and coordinating overnight operations coverage of the community to ensure the safety and security of the residents and cleaning.

• Securing the building
• Cleaning public bathrooms, trash room, and common areas
• Commercial laundry such as towels and sheets
• Trash removal
• Answering the building phone

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Prior experience as an Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper) preferred
• Long-term care or health experience preferred
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork
• Enjoy multitasking since every day is different

Pay

Starting pay: $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour + shift differential; $500 sign-on bonus

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight from 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
