Resident Care Assistant - RCA or CNA ( Memory Care )

About the role

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support the residents in our memory care apartments. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible. Specific tasks include:

• Providing dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
• Transporting residents to meals and activities
• Documentation of daily care
• Light housekeeping/laundry
• Communicating and interacting with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being

Requirements

Previous direct care experience is preferred, as well as Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (in any state) and CBRF Certification.

Qualifications

For higher starting pay, qualifications include:

• Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state)
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• CBRF Certification(s)

Pay

Our starting wages are between $19.75 - $24.15 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.

Schedule

Available shifts include:

• Full-Time: 68-80 hours per 2 week pay period, Monday-Friday with on-call weekend every 7th weekend
• Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period
• Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on-call rotation
• Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
• Limited Full-Time AM and PM Openings: AM: 6:45am – 12:45pm and 6:45am - 3:15pm, PM: 4:30-8:30p and 3:00pm-11:15pm, NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am
