Resident Assistant/CNA - Memory Care

As a Resident Assistant/CNA, your work is essential to providing for the daily needs and activities of residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• Perform bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making and other care duties.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Help with setup, service and feeding when necessary.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
• Accomplish tasks outside normal assignments whenever needed to maintain a quality care environment.
• Participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read and write; basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• “Can do” attitude and enjoyment of caring for others.

Schedule

Second‑shift full‑time position with every other weekend required; flexible scheduling options are available.
