Resident Care Assistant - RCA or CNA

About the role

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking Resident Care Assistants for its Eagle Crest South I community in La Crosse, WI. The community includes both assisted living and high acuity or memory care apartments.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with personal care, daily activities, and maintaining independence and dignity.
• Provide dressing, bathing, and bathroom assistance.
• Transport residents to meals and activities, document daily care, and perform other tasks as needed.
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Previous direct care experience, preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and/or experience (any State), preferred.
• CBRF Certification, preferred.

Qualifications

• For higher starting pay: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training (in any state).
• Resident Care, CBRF, or Home Health Experience.

Pay

• Starting wages are between $18.00-$20.00 per hour for Assisted Living and $19.00-$23.00 for High Acuity Assisted Living or Memory Care, based on experience and qualifications.
• The community also offers a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay, if applicable.
• Pay for performance!

Schedule

• Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays.
• Nocturnal (NOC) shifts: 11:00pm-7:00am | 11:00pm-10:30am.
• AM shifts: 7:00am-11:00am | 6:45am-12:45pm | 6:45am-3:15pm | 7:00am–1:00pm | 7:00am–2:00pm.
• PM shifts: 1:00pm - 8:30pm | 3:00pm-11:15pm | 4:30-8:30pm | 5:00pm-10:00pm | 6:00pm-10:00pm.

Pre-Employment Information

• Background checks will be run after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Communicable Disease Screening must also be completed if your position requires working within our communities.
