About the role
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support the residents in our memory care apartments. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment. Here, we have a range of residents that are independent, to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
- Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
- Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, light housekeeping/laundry, and a variety of other tasks
- Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being
Requirements
- Previous direct care experience, preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred
- CBRF Certification, preferred
Qualifications
- For Higher Starting Pay: Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state)
- CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
- CBRF Certification(s)

Pay
- Starting wages are between $19.75 - $24.15 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
- We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay
Schedule
- Full-Time: 68-80 hours per 2 week pay period, Monday-Friday with on-call weekend every 7th weekend
- Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period
- Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on-call rotation
- Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
