Resident Assistant/CNA/PCA/TMA/HHA - Overnight

About the role

Responsible for providing direct care to residents in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to healthcare providers.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the living area.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Passing background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR.
