Resident Assistant/CNA - Assisted Living

Job Summary

Morning Pointe Assisted Living Communities seeks a Resident Assistant/CNA to provide services that enhance the wellness, lifestyle, and enjoyment of senior living. Assisted living, personal care, and Alzheimer’s services are provided in a caring, secure environment that promotes hospitality and dignity while maintaining an independent quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Treat co-workers and residents with a genuine sense of kindness and care

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
• Assist residents with meals and snacks
• Absorb and assist with housekeeping duties as necessary

Requirements

• Can lift 50 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to read and write
