About the role

Overnight 11:30pm - 8:30am

Responsibilities

• Mets at least bi-weekly with assigned students.
• Manages student incidents to protect all students from harm.
• Notes individual meetings with students addressing issues and expressing plans to resolve problems.
• Notifies other staff to coordinate services via memo, phone, or personal conversation.
• Dormitory inspections yield acceptable ratings.
• Participates in events, demonstrating professional behaviors for students and modeling employment skills.
• Completes assignments within time frames and rarely needs correction.
• Ensures student folders present and up-to-date histories of services provided to ensure success in achieving long and short-term goals.
• Accurately submits student data and accountability documents and reports within established time frames.
• Regularly makes entries in Dorm logs indicating conditions of dorms during rounds.
• Accurately submits all accountability documents and reports within established time frames.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months related experience and/or training in a human services area preferred.
