About the role
Seeking a new graduate nurse for a comprehensive residency program that supports transition from student to professional nurse. The role involves participating in a structured, evidence-based training with individualized orientation, clinical practice, and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across various specialized units including Emergency, Cardiac, ICU, Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Mother/Baby, Labor & Birth, and NICU
- Develop critical thinking, clinical judgment, and advanced assessment skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current nursing license and BLS certification
