BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive, paid opportunity for nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States. It is the only new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care delivers one-on-one nursing care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing you to explore your interests and practice new skills in a home setting—the place most clients prefer to receive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in clients' homes
• Use electronic charting via Statewise
• Participate in paid training and shadowing
• Engage in award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing
