It is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
About the role
BAYADA offers nurse residents one-on-one nursing care, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling after a 6-week training program. The role includes electronic charting using Statewise, paid training and shadowing, access to award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs, short commute times with cases matched near your home, and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. $1,200 nursing referral bonuses are also available.

Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR certification in good standing
