Residency Program Coordinator

About the role

Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

Responsibilities

  • Aids the Program Director, Associate Program Director, and Faculty in meeting regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Ensures educational activities supporting the curriculum are established.
  • Serves as administrative support for the Residency Program Director and Associate Residency Program Directors.

Requirements

  • High school plus six years experience in related field.
  • Additional education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the Banner system.
  • Experience processing travel reimbursements and purchasing systems.
