About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residency Manager to oversee the operations, administration, accreditation, and financial management of Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program. This leadership role works closely with the Program Director, Designated Institutional Official (DIO), faculty, residents, and institutional leaders to ensure the continued success, growth, and accreditation of the residency program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residency program
- Manage accreditation and compliance with relevant regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and improvement
- Coordinate with faculty, residents, and institutional leaders to ensure smooth program operations
- Manage financial aspects of the residency program, including budgets and financial reporting
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of educational programs for residents
- Manage administrative tasks such as committee coordination, meeting scheduling, and record-keeping
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education Administration or Business/Management is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
- 3 years of related experience in management and oversight of residency operations or equivalent experience is required.
- Familiarity with ACGME and other accrediting and regulatory bodies is required.
- Direct experience in staff supervision and budget management is required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Graduate Medical Education (GME) administration and accreditation processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating committees, meetings, and complex administrative processes.
- Financial and budget management experience.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with faculty, residents, institutional leadership, and external organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic residency management systems.

Pay
$72,675.20 - $106,516.80 annually.
