Key Responsibilities
- Covers all aspects of the annual Residency recruitment process.
- Coordinates the initial onboarding process, orientation, and annual program progression from Match date through graduation.
- Serves as the primary liaison to the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office as it relates to the Residency program.
- Maintains the various databases required for compliance, including ERAS, NRMP, ABA, and MedHub.
- Supports the Education Manager with data collection, administrative management, and coordinating accreditation activities – ACGME site visits, internal reviews, annual program reviews, etc.
- Collaborates with the Program Coordinators, Education Projects Lead, Education Manager, and Residency Program Director to enhance the program and resident experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- One (1) year of professional experience in an academic setting or high-level customer service environment.
- Two (2) years of professional experience in an academic setting or high-level customer service environment for Senior level.
