Residence Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will be a people person who can successfully lead the team which provides 24-hour oversight to the residential program. The Residence Manager will embrace the dual professional role which includes both administrative and clinical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, emotional and medical care to individuals living in the program
• Oversee the physical plant of the home
• Administer and implement documentation and regulatory requirements
• Supervise an interdisciplinary team
• Regularly interact with residents, their families, day program staff, medical providers, supervisors, and colleagues within the agency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)
• One to two years of supervisory experience
• NY or NJ Driver’s license required

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NY or NJ driver’s license
