Our hotel is perfectly situated for extended business trips or fun-filled weekend getaways, close to Asbury Park beach, Monmouth Park Racetrack, Jersey Shore Premium Outlets®, Bradley Beach and Ocean County. Guests enjoy spacious suites with large desks and free high‑speed Wi‑Fi, a complimentary breakfast buffet, a fitness center, and an indoor pool.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM); handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night inquiries.
• Perform the night audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, ensure all numbers are accurate.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and sound.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and top‑notch service during the night shift.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word documents to solve problems independently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
