About the Role

Join our team as a behind-the-scenes hero who keeps things running smoothly during the overnight shift. You’ll be the calm, watchful presence that ensures guests enjoy a seamless and satisfying stay while the world sleeps.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM), handling check-ins, reservations, and late-night guest inquiries.
• Perform the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all financial records are accurate.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest security.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management, summarizing overnight activity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service, even during late hours.
• Utilize technical skills in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
• 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial.
