Residence Inn Lake Mary - Night Auditor
About the role
As a Night Auditor at Aimbridge Hospitality, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps things running smoothly during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). You’ll balance the books, finalize transactions, ensure guest safety, and create daily reports—all while providing warm, efficient service to late-night guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during overnight check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Perform the Night Audit: balance financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in all records.
- Conduct regular security walks to maintain a safe and secure property.
- Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service.
- Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is beneficial.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
