Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier guest service that makes guests feel right at home, ensuring their stay is unforgettable.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Solve challenges quickly and effectively, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
• Multitask efficiently, managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details with organization and precision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
