Residence Assistant
About the role
This role is part time, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 1.00pm. It is based at Unipol Student Homes, Cotton House, Radford Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 3BR.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to student residents
- Foster a sense of community that makes Cotton House feel like home
- Support open days and organise social events
- Ensure residents feel safe, supported, and engaged
Requirements
The role is ideal for a people person with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Must have a "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
