With each new collection, JMM embraces a unique palette of precious materials, rich colors, and striking geometric forms, which cleverly reference and beautifully reconfigure the striking individuals, artistic movements, and world events of previous centuries. All JMM eyewear is ethically sourced and produced with the utmost respect for industry partners' environment and wellbeing.

About the Role

Based in Los Angeles and reporting to the Head of Réserve, the intern will work closely with teams across the company to support member relations, product launches, inventory coordination, communications, and events. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing luxury program that combines commerce, collecting, and personalized service.

Responsibilities

  • Client Experience: Support member inquiries and personalized requests, including product availability, account access, and order follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams and galleries.
  • Launch Preparation & Sourcing: Help prepare curated releases and auctions, including product information, imagery, pricing uploads, and website checks ahead of launch. Assist in sourcing vintage objects for the program.
  • Inventory & Fulfillment: Maintain product and inventory trackers and coordinate with warehouse and gallery teams on transfers and packaging.
  • Member Communications: Assist with preparing and scheduling newsletters in collaboration with brand, design, and e-commerce teams.
  • Events & Gifting: Assist with member events, gifting, and gallery initiatives.
  • Reporting & Organization: Help prepare sales reports, maintain project trackers and calendars, and contribute to improvements in daily workflows.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or work experience in luxury, retail, or e-commerce is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to deliver a high standard of luxury client service, with discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
