Reservationist

Position Overview The Reservationist manages reservations and guest communications and provides a welcoming arrival experience. The ideal candidate is personable, organized and committed to providing attentive, professional service in an upscale dining environment. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Chelsea location. Evening and weekend availability from 4 PM to 10 PM is required. Pay $22.00 per hour Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist with checkin upon arrival. Manage reservation requests, changes and cancellations by phone and email. Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about menus, dining experiences and events. Maintain accurate reservation details. Communicate relevant reservation details and guest requests to the restaurant team. Qualifications Previous hospitality, guest service or reservations experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple requests while remaining professional and attentive. Dependable, punctual and able to work collaboratively with the team. Available to work evenings and weekends from 4 PM to 10 PM.
