About the role

BiyaheKo PH is adding a Reservation Agent to support its travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology. In this position, you will book, confirm, modify, and document travel reservations accurately. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create reservations using approved booking, supplier, or travel-management systems.
• Verify traveler names, dates, routes, room or fare details, pricing, and required information before confirmation.
• Send confirmations, itinerary details, payment or deadline information, and relevant service instructions.
• Process approved changes, cancellations, rebookings, or schedule updates and document all changes.
• Coordinate routine reservation issues with suppliers, travelers, and internal travel teams.
• Maintain accurate booking notes, confirmation numbers, deadlines, and supporting travel records.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, customer communication, data-entry, and organization skills.
• Comfort using reservation, travel, CRM, email, spreadsheet, or supplier systems.
• Ability to verify names, dates, fares, room details, and booking restrictions accurately.
• Clear communication when explaining confirmations, changes, deadlines, or next steps.
• Reliable follow-through on open booking or supplier issues.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$45,500 - $53,000 per year
