Reservation Agent

About the role

The Reservation Agent at Beth's Beautiful Destinations will take ownership of booking accuracy within leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. The position focuses on reservation case handling within leisure booking support, prioritizing accuracy and traceable follow-through over superficial speed.

Strong performance is measured by fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the workflow by helping the team document changes and cancellation conditions.
• Review the workflow to flag booking exceptions before they become traveler problems.
• Maintain the workflow by carefully creating or updating reservation records.
• Track the workflow by verifying names, dates, rates, and confirmation details.
• Own the workflow by tracking pending supplier responses.

• Use Leisure Booking Support and Travel Documentation confidently.
• Apply Traveler Communication without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Payment Documentation decisions clearly for team reference.
• Use sound judgment around Cruise and Resort Operations, especially when escalation is required.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, entry-level, 100% remote within the United States.
