Responsibilities
- Execute critical experimental work, assemble prototypes, and run laboratory tests against established protocols and SOPs.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from consumer tests and technical evaluations to inform product decisions.
- Meticulously document experimental results and maintain accurate records to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support the product development team by refining, prioritizing, and troubleshooting technical tasks.
- Utilize data management and internal technical systems to track project progress and manage data.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory or research setting with a focus on procedural execution.
- Proven ability to execute procedures strictly against established protocols or SOPs.
- Strong data analysis, technical problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with consumer testing protocols (quantitative or qualitative research).
- Basic experience with proprietary data management systems (e.g., JMP, EPASS, ELN/Nexus, Enovia).
