Responsibilities

  • Execute critical experimental work, assemble prototypes, and run laboratory tests against established protocols and SOPs.
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from consumer tests and technical evaluations to inform product decisions.
  • Meticulously document experimental results and maintain accurate records to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Support the product development team by refining, prioritizing, and troubleshooting technical tasks.
  • Utilize data management and internal technical systems to track project progress and manage data.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory or research setting with a focus on procedural execution.
  • Proven ability to execute procedures strictly against established protocols or SOPs.
  • Strong data analysis, technical problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with consumer testing protocols (quantitative or qualitative research).
  • Basic experience with proprietary data management systems (e.g., JMP, EPASS, ELN/Nexus, Enovia).
