Research Study Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Conduct participant visits, including cognitive testing, questionnaires, and basic clinical procedures
  • Obtain informed consent and explain study procedures
  • Collect, process, and ship biological specimens per protocol
  • Maintain accurate documentation of participant interactions and study data
  • Support recruitment, retention, and study visit completion goals
  • Enter and manage study data in electronic databases
  • Maintain study records and ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements
  • May process participant payments and basic study-related expenses

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, biology, psychology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare setting preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with data entry and electronic data systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Qualifications

  • Strong Organization Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized protocols
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
