Research Coordinator
About the role
The role involves serving as a study moderator for an in-person study on human communication. Participants will be asked to read words and sentences displayed on a screen. The role requires managing multiple participants, guiding them through study protocols, and ensuring smooth data collection.
Responsibilities
- Manage participant check-in and setup
- Guide participants through study protocols
- Maintain session quality
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with high emotional intelligence
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology (e.g., iPads, apps)
- Reliable and punctual
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate or pursuing a degree in Psychology, Communications, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or any people-facing role
- Interest in healthcare, research, or emerging technology

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
