Responsibilities
- Process research requests and adjustments to member accounts, ensuring all retrieved documents are accurate and complete.
- Handle request subpoenas within required timeframes, maintaining professional communications with law enforcement and government officials.
- Accurately process mail payments and deposits, adhering to set daily timeframes for incoming and outgoing mail.
- Monitor the Operations Support Request email, promptly forward requests to appropriate staff, and provide clear responses to helpline calls.
- Complete verification of deposits received in Operations Support with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle exceptions for mobile and PTM transactions efficiently, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved.
- Process various address changes and returned mail promptly and accurately, ensuring changes are made in the core system and other relevant systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills essential for interacting with credit union staff, members, and vendors.
- Ability to work accurately with figures and perform detailed work.
- Ability to operate a variety of office equipment (10-key, personal computer, Microsoft Office, keyboarding at 30 words per minute).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Requires judgment to solve day-to-day problems but usually within established guidelines using a member service approach.
- Basic mathematical skills required.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand, and walk, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 10 pounds.
Environmental/Working Conditions
Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
