About the role
The role involves managing a team of researchers and overseeing projects related to advanced data analytics and machine learning applications in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of complex data models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate data analytics solutions into clinical workflows.
- Lead project teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables on time.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Python, R, and/or SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts and engineers.
- Experience working in a healthcare or biotech environment preferred.
