Research Project Assistant (Environmental Health & Engineering)

About the role

The role involves managing a team of researchers and overseeing projects related to advanced data analytics and machine learning applications in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of complex data models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate data analytics solutions into clinical workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Python, R, and/or SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts and engineers.
• Experience working in a healthcare or biotech environment preferred.
