About the role
The Research Nutrition Aide II supports the Bionutrition Research Manager in the Clinical Research Center by providing research-related nutrition care.
Responsibilities
- Nutrition screening
- Menu planning
- Collection and analysis of dietary data
- Reinforcement of protocol compliance to volunteers
- Basic nutrition education
- Completion of various office functions using the computer
Requirements
- Sound judgement
- Initiative
- Able to work independently
Qualifications
- At least an Associate's degree in dietetics from an ACEND-accredited dietetic technician program
- Two years of college course work in an ACEND-accredited didactic program or coordinated program in dietetics
- Or commensurate and extensive experience in a research nutrition environment
