About the role

- Design, prepare, and execute complex laboratory procedures, including precise buffer preparation, calibration of analytical instruments, and validation of testing protocols.
- Conduct analytical testing for product and process validation, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards.
- Develop and refine SOPs, contributing to the optimization of laboratory workflows.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis on testing data to evaluate product reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process qualification and equipment validation.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques (pipette handling), buffer preparation, and analytical testing.
- Strong proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience in developing and managing SOPs for laboratory operations.
Qualifications
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Biochemistry
