Research Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Present research studies to eligible patients and obtain informed consent
- Learn and understand study protocols, procedures, and research requirements
- Track and maintain patient information, study documents, and research records
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems and databases
- Compile and organize research information for leadership and research teams
- Monitor key study metrics and maintain research tracking tools, spreadsheets, and databases
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with study guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians, research staff, and healthcare professionals to support ongoing studies
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a patient-facing healthcare role such as:
- Medical Assistant
- Patient Access Representative
- Scheduler
- Medical Records Specialist
- Similar healthcare positions
- Experience with data collection, documentation, or data entry
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant background
- Interest in transitioning into a more administrative or research-focused healthcare role
- Exposure to clinical research environments

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Schedule
- Full-time, onsite position
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Flexibility to work any shift within operating hours is required
