The Research Coordinator maintains a research-focused coordination system with dashboard reporting, ensuring every checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action. This role is evaluated through research-focused, coordination-owned processes within the context of event management and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain research-focused coordination with dashboard reporting, ensuring traceability of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
- Reconcile global events role documentation with status tracking, leaving a clear audit trail of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in event-related workflows.
- Review documentation and reporting to maintain clarity and compliance in research-focused coordination.
- Enforce document quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
Decision Patterns & Quality Standards
- Ensure data and reporting reliability remains usable under the demands of event management and marketing.
- Keep completed work traceable, unresolved items assigned to owners, and surface repeated errors before they cause rework.
- Apply Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Data Analysis confidently in research-focused coordination.
- Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions clearly for future reference.
- Use judgment in follow-ups, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure dashboard reporting, issue escalation, and exception tracking are current to mark work as complete.
Position Details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
