This role focuses on research coordination, ensuring data and reporting reliability while maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate research-focused tasks with dashboard reporting, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Review and track logistics role documentation (Park 6) with status updates for research-focused coordination.
- Document data validation and manage deadlines to maintain traceability and accountability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for research-focused coordination.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management to ensure data reliability and minimize downstream rework.
- Apply Park 6 Logistics Workflow Context and Data Analysis confidently in support of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when research coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Complete remote research coordination only when data validation, deadline management, and source verification are secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
