The Senior Research Coordinator is responsible for managing multiple clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, ensuring smooth study operations from patient recruitment to regulatory documentation. Key duties include executing study activities, maintaining regulatory files, preparing for audits, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with investigators, sponsors, and monitors. Candidates should have 3+ years of clinical research experience at an investigative site, with skills in phlebotomy, vital signs, ECG, and lab processing. Requirements also include knowledge of site operations, drug development, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with CTMS, eCRFs, and Microsoft Office. Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of CRC experience at CRC I level.
