Job Summary
We are seeking a Research Coordinator to join our Outreach and Development team. This position will work out of Community Clinic Rogers - Poplar St location 3 days a week and our Siloam Springs location 2 days a week. The Research Coordinator will oversee research project implementation and data collection at Community Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment through phone calls, in-clinic interactions, and scheduling from provided lists.
- Screens eligible patients, obtain informed consent, and document procedures accurately.
- Enter survey data and participant information into database.
- Collect survey data following protocols at scheduled time points.
- Absorb and manage inventory of supplies and equipment at clinic locations, ensuring quality control.
- Conduct follow-up calls and provide reminders for survey completion.
- Attendance to all trainings and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support study goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support research and clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as public health, social sciences or biomedical sciences.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds.
