Research Associate, Gynecologic Oncology at the Penn Ovarian Cancer Research Center

Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, and executing in vivo and in vitro experiments
  • Data analysis
  • Securing approval from regulatory authorities
  • Writing grants, progress reports, and manuscripts for publication and presentation
  • Participating in Center activities

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology
  • 5 years of relevant postdoctoral training
  • Demonstrated prior certification for: human subjects research, IACUC approval to work with animals, viral vector use, and recombinant DNA technology

Requirements

  • Expertise in ovarian cancer biology, biomarker development, animal studies, and genetic screens
  • Strong background in molecular biology, drug development, mouse models, and cancer genomics
