About the role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with gynecologic cancers, including outpatient assessment, inpatient care, management of chemotherapy, and major operative procedures. They will also have the opportunity to participate in clinical trials, research, and education, as well as quality improvement and end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients with gynecologic cancers
  • Conduct outpatient assessments and inpatient care
  • Manage chemotherapy and perform major operative procedures
  • Engage in clinical trials, research, and educational activities
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and end-of-life care

Requirements

  • Board certification or board eligibility in gynecologic oncology
  • Experience in providing comprehensive care for patients with gynecologic cancers
  • Ability to manage complex cases and provide compassionate care
  • Interest in clinical research, education, and quality improvement

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Completion of a fellowship program in Gynecologic Oncology (preferred)

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Interest in research and education
