About the role

The purpose of this role is to develop and undertake research relating to ageing well, including falls prevention, in the Building Resilience in Later Life theme. The role holder will be expected to plan and conduct work using qualitative and quantitative methodologies and will be responsible for writing up their work for publication.

  • Plan and conduct work using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Write up research findings for publication.

Requirements

  • Experience working with primary care data and using implementation science frameworks is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Applicants should have a relevant academic qualification.

Skills

  • Strong research skills.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

Pay

£32,080 to £35,608 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience.

Schedule

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract to 30 September 2029. This position is available from 1 October 2026.
