Research Analyst, Brand Health Tracking
About the role
As a Research Analyst at Ipsos, you will work with some of the world’s most recognized brands, helping to solve their biggest challenges. You will be an integral part of this exciting work, managing survey research projects, designing questionnaires, performing quality checks, and analyzing survey results to prepare reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Manage survey research projects within timeline and budgets, including working closely with colleagues in Operations to oversee all operational components.
- Design questionnaires and plan analyses.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy and avoid errors.
- Manage overall project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and signed off at various stages of execution.
- Analyze and interpret survey results; prepare reports and presentations.
- Develop an understanding of clients’ business issues and the industries in which they operate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in analytical or insights-focused fields such as economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, statistics, or similar business or liberal arts programs.
- Love for data, consumer decision-making, and puzzles.
- Ability to create compelling stories in presentations, visually, and in writing.
- Excitement about understanding what makes customers happy.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with an analytical aptitude and inquisitive nature.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word), including the ability to use macros to increase efficiency.
- Experience with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning (preferred).
- Experience working with survey applications such as Qualtrics or Google Consumer Surveys (a plus).
- Background and/or familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
Pay
In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $55,000–70,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and certifications.

About The Team
The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their in-market brands by monitoring health and ensuring they stay on course. While clients have their own sales data, we provide brand affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally.
