About the role

As a Research Analyst at Ipsos, you will work with some of the world’s most recognized brands, helping to solve their biggest challenges. You will be an integral part of this exciting work, managing survey research projects, designing questionnaires, and analyzing results to uncover insights.

Responsibilities

  • Manage survey research projects within timeline and budgets, collaborating closely with Operations teams to oversee all operational components.
  • Design questionnaires and plan analyses.
  • Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy and avoid errors.
  • Manage overall project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and signed off during project execution.
  • Analyze and interpret survey results; prepare reports and presentations.
  • Develop an understanding of clients’ business issues and the industries in which they operate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in analytical or insights-focused fields such as economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, statistics, or similar business or liberal arts programs.
  • Passion for data, consumer decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to create compelling stories in presentations, visually, and in writing.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with an analytical aptitude and inquisitive nature.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word), including the ability to use macros to increase efficiency.
  • Experience working with survey applications (e.g., Qualtrics, Google Consumer Surveys).
  • Background or familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.

Pay

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $55,000–70,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on non-discriminatory factors including location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and certifications.

About the Team

The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients monitor their in-market brands, providing brand affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally. This complements clients’ sales data by offering deeper insights into brand performance.
